An allium with round flower heads up to 20 cm in diameter. The flower consists of many star-shaped flowers with a striking light lilac colour. Even after flowering remains beautiful as a dried flower. Suitable for naturalising. The leaves die off fairly quickly, so they are best placed between low-growing perennials. Take the size of the flowers into account and do not place the bulbs too close together. Allium christophii can also be planted in pots. This allium attracts butterflies and bees during flowering.
